Investigative Unit (SIU) needs.

Bill Randall, President
Mr. Randall, former President of Capital Investigations, Inc., has been active in the Insurance Industry for 19 years. He worked as a multi-line Adjuster, Claims Manager and Regional SIU Manager for a major national carrier. A member of numerous industry and government SIU groups, he also chaired the CWCI Anti-Fraud committee.

Paul Conway, Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and SIU
Mr. Conway, former President of Commercial Claims Solutions, Inc., possesses over 23 years of Insurance Industry experience holding SIU Director positions with both a national insurer and an international third party administrator. Mr. Conway has participated in several fraud advisory committees and continues to be active in the industry, speaking on all issues relating to insurance fraud.

Tim Cloney, Senior Vice President of Operations and Field Staff
Mr. Cloney former President of JLC Investigations, Inc., has over 18 years of experience in the Insurance Industry, with 7 years of prior experience in law enforcement. Mr. Cloney has managed Fraud Investigation Programs at various levels focusing on Workers' Compensation, Liability, and Medical Provider Fraud for several large insurance carriers and continues to be active throughout the industry participating and speaking for various Anti-Fraud organizations.
